The Founder
Virtue Consulting Co. was founded in August, 2004 by Delores T. Henderson, a native of Washington, DC and lifetime visionary. “ I built this company on morals, values, and principles. After graduating from college, I was approached by several people, all of whom had a vision for starting a company. Although they had great ideas, they were lacking the proper tools necessary for bringing their vision into a reality. That was when I recieved the vision to start my own company, helping others start their own businesses, whether they were planning on a hot dog stand on the corner or a multi-million dollar agency. No job was too large or too small, as long as it was carefully planned.” Ms. Henderson recieved part of the vision in 2004 to start the business, but it was not until after February 2005, when Ms. Henderson returned from Kenya, Africa on a missions crusade, did she receive the full vision, and that is how the slogan “Building Businesses ‘Worldwide’ for Excellence” came into effect. Ms. Henderson stresses the importance of hard work and perseverance. She also stresses the importance of effective leadership, and believes that in order to succeed you have to learn how to encourage, stay focused, believe and motivate yourself.
Ms. Henderson is currently seeking a Doctorate of Education Degree in Organizational Leadership. She currently has a Master’s Degree in Business (MBA) and Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. Ms. Henderson is the Founder & President of “STRAIGHT TO THE POINT” a magazine that is aimed at real issues that face our society domestically and internationally. She serves as Business Consultant & Advisor for the International Alliance Ministry of Servants also known as IAMS. Ms Henderson has served as the Chief Editor and designer of many newsletters. She has served on many committees and boards. She has several certificates and awards for superb accomplishment of leadership, management, and communication training.

Tanisha D. Gray is the Vice-President and Chief Consulting Officer at Virtue Consulting Co. Ms. Gray has a Master of Science Degree in Business Administration with the specialization in management, Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminology & Criminal Justice with the specialization in Psychology. Ms. Gray is also licensed as a Real Estate Sales Executive. Ms. Gray was also a student member of the NAACP.
