Company History
Virtue Consulting Co, formally Virtue Corp, was founded in August 2004 by one founder, Delores T. Henderson. Virtue Corp was officially established on March 25, 2005, when Ms. Henderson received the full vision, Virtue Corp, “Building Businesses Worldwide for Excellence”, but changed the name to Virtue Consulting Company on July 18th 2005 to establish identity.
Ms. Henderson was commissioned to build Virtue Consulting Company on one of the company’s foundational scriptures, Hosea 4:6. Ms. Henderson was informed that many people have a vision to start a business, but do not know where to start”. The following year, 2005, after Ms. Henderson returned from a mission’s crusade in Kenya, Africa, she moved forward with the ‘worldwide’ vision and plan for Virtue to go forward and build businesses all over the land (world).
Ms. Henderson got the name Virtue from a notable story in the Holy Bible, “The woman with the issue of blood.” Virtue stands for Power, Strength, Success, Integrity, Ethics, and Excellence. These Virtues are needed for any business who wishes to be successful.

Virtue’s Keys to Success are Enforced by Abiding by their own Value Statement.
1. Apply demonstrated knowledge in conducting studies, analyzing findings, and making recommendations for the improvement of functions and management processes
2. Develop visibility to generate new business leads
3. Introduce and implement new products and services for the clients
4. Employ experienced and knowledgeable employees, consultants and contractors
5. Operate in using sound judgment, knowledge, wisdom, and comply with all laws, rules and regulations
